The Beloit Historical Society(BHS) is hosting a raffle for a handmade quilt, lovingly crafted by Donna Langford, the Society’s Executive Director. Tickets for this one-of-a-kind piece are currently being sold at $1each, or six tickets for $5.

All proceeds from the raffle will go towards the BHS in maintaining collections and hosting workshops and events. The Beloit Historical Society, founded in 1910, is Rock County’s oldest historical society. The BHS curates and provides public access to collections and records obtained through the City of Beloit. Its events and records are crucial to upholding and celebrating the city’s history.

Tickets are currently on sale at the Beloit Historical Society headquarters, located at 845 Hackett street in Beloit, a five minute drive from campus. For more information, please contact BHS intern Sydney Moses at mosessg@beloit.edu
